Abstract:
The research on water quality and living organisms in the mangrove plantation area is important in that it provides insights into effects of mangrove reforestation on the environment and biological processes that take place in the mangrove forests. The research data on water quality will help the reader better understand the sustainability of forest environment after reforestation, and whether the present status of forest use will influence the quality of living environment of humans and organisms. Water quality and organic components such as carbon, nitrogen... dissolved in water in the mangrove area are greatly dependent on forest structure, forest age and to what extent the mangroves are exploited.
Research has been conducted on parameters of pH, DO, CO2, total nitrogen, sulfate... and phytoplankton in water in the mangrove area, and the relationship between phytoplankton and physio-chemical parameters, CO2 under the influence of mangrove reforestation and afforestation.
