For the less effective jobs, they will be gradually and carefully downsized at reasonable rate to change into more effective jobs aiming at stabilizing workers’ life. • Suggesting improvements related to regulations, fishing management policies to encourage people participating in fishing community management to develop and preserve seafood resources.
