With the methods of investigation, survey, analysis and collection, the project:
- Generalizes the theoretical issues relating to the intellectual economy in the world and giving some implications, surveys of the experiences on approaching the intellectual economy in 6 countries and getting some lessons from these countries.
- Studies the Intellectual Economy of Vietnam after 20 years of innovation and clarifying the current issues of Vietnam.
- Proposes some strategic orientations and solutions for the Intellectual Economy in Vietnam in the next period.
