Một số vấn đề pháp lý về đình công ở Việt Nam

Abstract

Law on striking actions is not only to defend the labourers, to stabilize and to develop the socio-economic in general but also to legal sciences in particular. Based on the norm: State controls the society by law (Article 12, Vietnamese Constitution 1992), building a perfectly, unitedly legal system suitable to political situation and socio-economic conditions of the country is extremely necessary. In the field of labour management, to get the high purpose and effectiveness, it is compulsory to contruct a system of legal norms to adjust labour relationships. Therefore, regulating the striking actions and solving it is one step to perfect labour law in particular and Vietnamese legal system in general.
