Abstract

In the science of general theories of State and Law, the machanism of legal adjustment is a complicated issue. In fact, law as well as other things has its own life. Law comes into effects and appears around our lives. It is time we should research law with its real life. What is the real life of law ? Its mechanism ? and how to figure out the effects of law while adjusting social relationships ?... Basing on analyzing the fundamental characteristics of the machanism of lagal adjustment, the paper found out the factors forming the machanism, defining, therefrom putting the theoretical bases to research continuously and to perfect the mechanism of legal adjiustment.
