Abstract

Formerly and presently, Vietnamese professional villages still are concentrated places of creative talents in regards to folk art products that are place-names to prove the success and famousness and richness of refined talent craftsmen. The law on environmental protection of the life to inhabitants in professional villages is defending the traditional cultural characters in order to bring into play their creation, especially in the actual market economy. The environmental protection is cause of the whole people to maintain the live environment in beautiful and clear. This is a necessary condition to improve people's live quality. This is one of premises to build a jurisdictional State of people, from one and for one in the actual period.
