Abstract

For years, though electors acessting operations, electors have suggested great numbers of opinions, petitions for the Local People’ Councils, who also have reflected wills and dreams of electors in their operations. The practices have shown that the Local People’ Councils have many efforts in obtaining the achievements of local social – economic developments. Besides results obtained, there are also many restritions in their oporations. The authors point out some suggestions to improve their operations.
