Bài báo trình bày viec áp d ng phuơng pháp gi i lap Gauss-Newton s a ñoi cho he
phương trình phi tuyên ñe xác ñ nh thông sô mô hình mô ph ng c a các v a dâu theo l ch s khai
thác (ph c hôi l ch s ). Ph c hôi l ch s ñây van d a trên các bư c cơ b n c a phương pháp bình
phương tôi thieu (c c tieu hoá tong bình phương sai sô gi a l ch s khai thác và kêt qu mô
ph ng). Các thông sô v a như ño rong, ño thâm hay bât kỳ thông sô mô hình mô ph ng v a dâu cân
ph i xác ñ nh ñêu có the coi là các tham biên ñe c c tieu hoá hàm tong bình phương sai sô và bât
kỳ sô lieu th c tê nào cũng có the s d ng ñe ñưa vào ñánh giá bình phương sai sô. Mot sô ky
thuat cũng ñã ñư"c s d ng ñe ñ m b o tính hoi t và gi m th#i gian tính khi bài toán l n và phi
tuyên.
Trong các tính toán, chương trình mô ph ng v a là chương trình IMEX c a CMG, Canada.
Mot sô ví d áp d ng cũng ñã ñư"c th c hien và trình bày. Các kêt qu cũng ñã ñư"c so sánh,
ñánh giá và cho thây quá trình hoi t là tương ñôi tôt và ñ m b o ño chính xác. Tuy nhiên th#i gian
tính tăng nhanh khi kích thư c cũng như tính bât ñông nhât c a v a tăng.

Concise report on study of proteinase inhibitors and their utilization in practice (from 1986 – July 2007)

Proteinase inhibitors (PIs) are widely distributed in plants, microorganisms and
mammalian species; they are known to play pivotal roles in regulating proteinase activities in these
species. Accordingly, PIs are important molecular tools for many research disciplines. Studies of
the correlation of PI structures and functions have lead to understanding of their inhibitory actions
against physiological important proteases. There are potential therapeutic applications for such
studies for diseases relating to excessive activities of proteases. Our studies on PIs in Viet nam
have been begun since 1986, focusing on the following topics:
Quantitative analysis of proteinase inhibitory activity (PIA) in wild type and cultivated plants;
tracing of PIs in the process of seed development and the distribution of PIs in different parts of
seed; establishment of the procedure for isolation of the selected PIs; the procedure for using PIs
preparations in medical and agricultural practice; characterization of the isolated PIs, study of
their structure; investigation of their potential therapeutic and agricultural applications; clinical
trial studies for the selected PIs preparations.
This paper is a brief summary of our 56 works published in the national and international
journals as well as at the symposia and conferences
