• Systematizing the theoretical factors in determining value of enterprises, finding out accepted international common methods to set value of enterprises
• Realistically determining the value evaluation of enterprises’ worth in Vietnam in recent years, thus, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of each value appreciation method being applied in Vietnam.
• Suggesting the solutions to apply the advanced methods in defining value of enterprises in Vietnam
New contribution:
• Finding out the nature of discount cash flow (DCF) in defining value of enterprises.
• Analyzing the real situation of the application of the value defining methods in Vietnam and pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of each method
• Suggesting some solutions to apply advanced methods in defining value of enterprises in Vietnam in the coming years. |
