| dc.description.abstract |
In this paper, we simulate a large number of synthetic cyclone tracks for the offshore of Haiphong, Vietnam based on the 114 historical storms observed from 1951 to 2007 in this area. With these synthetic tracks, the assessment of damage risks can be improved. |
