Purposes and missions:
Purposes: Based on the theoretical research, actual summary on anti-commercial fraud through pricing in export activities, this essay proposes measures against commercial fraud through pricing in import operations in Vietnam at the present time
Missions:
+ To clarify the theoretical basis and current situations of anti-commercial fraud through price fixing in import activities in Vietnam in recent years
+ To assess the factual initiative against the commercial fraud through price
fixing in import activities in Vietnam in recent years
+ To propose solutions against commercial price fixing fraud in import activities in Vietnam, to ensure loss prevention to government funds and foster a healthy environment for the domestic competition market
New contributions:
- With supplementary factors, to systemizing the basic theoretical problems facing anti price fixing fraud in exporting activities in Vietnam
- To assess the reality of drives against price fixing fraud
- To propose feasible solutions to prevent losses to government revenue and foster a healthy environment in domestic competition market, such as solutions on reinforcing legal compliance; on improving price control measures, on declaration document auditing, on price setting determination; on improving customs clearance verification measures as well as other related issues. |
