dc.description.abstract |
Although sentence structure has been very carefully studied, in all text-books as well as research works, only those grammatically correct or both syntactically and semantically complete are referred to. This article mainly focuses on special sentences, i.e. those simple sentences which do not completely follow either grammatical or semantic rules. These sentences can be heard anywhere and anytime: in the cinema, in restaurants, at tram stops, in the street and even on the radio and television. Especially, these sentences sometimes shock linguists. |
