Customary law of Tay Nguyen ethnics is extremely precious cultural preservation about community management, which is now having factual effects in the lives of Tay Nguyen ethnics. It’s utterly necessary to apply, promote the positive regulations of customary law. Having done this tast perfectly, we shall both enhance the legal conciousness and develop positive aspects of Tay Nguyen ethnics as well as decrease, skip over negative regulations. As a matter of fact, lots of regulations of customary law had given highly factual effects in solving the disputes among people. This paper also showed that we should continue to research, investigate effectively to give out a common guide on applying the customary law. |
