Abstract

BTA have a signification in cooperate relations between VietNam and United States of America. It enhances the development of economic and trade of the two countries. Moreover, it takea apart in the struggle-opposed violation in Intellectual Property Rights and furthermore perfecting in Intellectual Property basic legal in VietNam nowadays. Researching this topic has been taking apart in practice BTA and perfect in basic legal in implementation IPR in VietNam, the struggle protects interest lawful of owner IPR. Therefore, this subject have a signification important to implement effect of protection on Intellectual Property Rights in VietNam.
