The paper shows the most fundamental characteristics of each historical stage about political - legal thoughts. The variety, complex, and solidarity of many similar aspects, the preservation and development are theorical problems of political - legal history. The paper focuses on the practical meanings of political - legal thoughts in the process of building the Rule of law in our country nowsaday.
