MARITIME BOUNDARY DELIMITATION ISSUE IN THE MODERN INTERNATIONAL LAW OF THE SEA

Abstract

Maritime boundary delimitation issue is a focus of modern international marine law. Understanding and applying the principles of maritime boundary delimitation are very important for sovereignty protecting and international cooperation promoting. This article will mention basic principles of modern international law of the sea that concern maritime boundary delimitation: discussible principle and principle of justice. Also, the author provides some appreciations and suggestions that relate to maritime boundary delimitation of Vietnam.
