Purposes and missions:
Purpose: To analyze and to assess the status of ATM payment services at Vietnam in general and at Vietnam Commercial Bank in particular in the past in order to propose directions and solutions to innovate and develop the ATM cash withdrawal services at Vietnam Commercial Bank.
Missions:
+ To systematize the theoretical and practical bases of debit card services and related developments
+ To analyze the status of ATM services in Vietnam and at Vietnam Commercial Bank and to propose needed evaluations to warranty continuous processing procedures required for accurate and objective ATM operation services.
+ To propose innovations for ATM payment services in Vietnam and at Vietnam Commercial Bank to promote operation effectiveness.

To offer a comprehensive analysis of the development of ATM payment services at Vietnam Commercial Bank and to assess the strong points, weak points and the causes involved.
