dc.description.abstract The bremsstrahlung beam with energy end point of $65 MeV$ created when the $ e^{-}$ beam with energy of $65 MeV$ irradiated to thin wolfram target was used to irradiate to $\text{TiO}_{2}$ sample in order to make the $^{46}T_{i} (\gamma,\text pn) ^{44m,\text g} Sc$ reaction. The gamma spectrum of $\text{Sc}^{44m,g}$ was analyzed by the gammavision spectrometry with HPGe detector at linear accelerator laboratory in POSTECH, Korea. As the result, the isomeric ratio $\Upsilon_{ m}/\Upsilon_{g}$ of the reaction is presented. vi
