Abstract

This paper refers to labor using views of Marxist-Leninist theory. To use labor source effectively we have to use labor effectively of professional ability, labor skill, working time, force and productive tradition to achieve the highest labour productivity and to increase labour healthy as well as labour skills. Analysing the relationship between labour using structure and economic structure shows that economic structure plays a decisive role in setting up labor using structure. The economic structure has a main part of agriculture and a lower developing level of processing industry and service. The result of analysing and assessing population and labor characteristics and labor using actuality shows that the labor use structure in Dai Tu district is not suitable. Finally, the paper deals with some courses of transforming economic structure in Dai Tu district following industrializing, diversifying, high intensive farming,... along with processing industry and farming economic models having a high effective production, environmental protection, decreasing beggarly people and sustainable development.
