Định hướng hoàn thiện pháp luật về môi trường ở Việt nam trong giai đoạn hiện nay

Abstract

We can say, nowadays Vietnam has been succeeds in innovation of policies and laws on protection of environment. These policies have been applied in our life and supported by people. People’s, branches’, grades’ understanding of protection of environment has been risen. Natural and social environment has been improved, ecology - regularly recovered. People’s life has been increased. Especially, promulgation of law on environmental protection in 1993 marked the great change in building and completing laws on environment in Vietnam. It creats stable base for environmental activities in our country. However, situation in the country and internation has been many changes in comparison with ten years ago. Progress to push mordernization and industrialization puts new challeges to environmental activities, therefore laws on protection of environment need to have reformances and contributions to meet those demands. This article points out stage of environment in the recent period. In these bases, article puts some orients to complete laws on environment generally and reformance of laws on environmental protection in 1993 individially.
