Research purposes:
• Explaining the theoretical and practical basis of competition drive force of state-owned enterprises, thus, I suggest some ideas and solutions to improve the competition ability of state-owned enterprises after Vietnam has joined the WTO.
• Analyzing the theoretical and practical basis to boost competitiveness in state-owned enterprises.
• Conducting a survey on competition ability in state-owned enterprises before Vietnam joined the WTO.
• Suggesting some basic ideas and important solutions to improve the competitiveness of the state-owned enterprises after Vietnam has joined the WTO.
New contributions:
• Drawing a conclusion based on the theoretical and practical reasons of the need to improve competitiveness in state-owned enterprises
• Business systematization based on China’s experiences in improving the competitiveness in state-owned enterprises after having joined the WTO
• Precise evaluation of the competitiveness in state-owned enterprises before joining the WTO, the thesis suggests some solutions to improve the competitiveness in the state-owned enterprises after Vietnam joined the WTO. |
