Abstract: In Vietnamese distribution network planning, demand forecasts are met with uncertain factors, when economic-social forecasts are inexact. Especially, for new residential or industrial region where the historical data are not available, the direct or linear regression models for demand forecasting have been developed with the needs of expert knowledge. The paper examines these mathematical models with 3 main types of information: fuzzy input, fuzzy parameters, fuzzy input and fuzzy parameters.
