Abstract: We propose to regularize the bidimensional inverse Stefan problem that is to determine the boundary temperature u(x 0, t) in the liquid phase in a medium of water and melting ice. This ill-posed problem is regularized by means of a convolution equation and an error estimate in L2(ℝ2) is obtained. Numerical results are given.
