Abstract: The purpose of this study was to try and determine the presence or absence of a connection between the frequency of occurrence of hydatidiform mole and of congenital anomalies and prior exposure of mothers to phenoxyherbicides including Agent Orange and 2,3,7,8-TCDD. This study would appear to demonstrate a statistically significant connection between the frequency of the occurrence of congenital abnormalities and of hydatidiform moles and a history of phenoxyherbicide exposure.
