Abstract: The humanity has passed through 4 main socio-economic forms in its history. With the advent of each form, the role of land became more and more important. Starting with no value in Primitive society, the land became a labour material in Feudal society. In the society of Capitalism, the land also has the role of field of industrial and service investment, and of satisfying living needs of humanity. In the Post Capitalism society, the land also is an object for solving the problems at national and global level. According to the becoming more important role of land in the above 4 socio-economic forms, the content of Cadastre is improved. Every development period is marked by a more generalized terminology about content of Cadastre: Cadastre (what means the form of cadastre in Feudal epoch or the system of Cadastral documentation); Land management (Cadastre in epoch of Capitalism); Land administration (contemporary Cadastre). The contents of Land administration include Land registration, Land documentation management, Land law and Land policy creation, Land use planning and Land economics.
