Abstract

Hong Duc Code is highly remarked in many aspects. This is also the code born when Confucianism impacted the most broadly and profoundly. By researching wholly and systematically the Code, the author analyzed as well as showed out the positive influences of Confucianism expressed in Hong Duc Code such as: on organizing the State power; the ways to maintain the moral values; the humanity, the protection of human interests; and especially the profound reflection. According to the author, these positive factors play extremely important roles in enacting and implementing law in the current stage.
