The magnetization, ac susceptibility and the lattice parameter have been studied in the series of the
Ce1-xYxFe2 (0.0 ?? x ?? 1.0) and (Ce0.8R0.2)(Fe1-xAlx)2 (R = Y, Lu, Gd and Sm) compounds. The
various magnetic behaviors are discussed in terms the delocalised character of Ce 4f-electron. ?? 1995.
