Purposes: To analyze, in theory and reality, bank card operation experiences at some banking businesses in China, Hong Kong and Thailand…; analysis the overall reality of Vietnam Trade Bank, this essay proposes some suggestions to minimize drawbacks of bank card business activities
Missions:
+ To analyze day-to-day experiences in bank card business operations of some international bank card businesses in order to draw some lessons for Overseas Trade Bank of Vietnam.
+ To analyze the reality of bank card business activities of Vietnam Trade Bank then assess the achievements, shortcomings and their related causes.
+ To propose suggestions to develop and improve bank card business activities at Vietnam Trade Bank in the context of international economic integration.
New contributions:
• To in-depth evaluate bank card business activities of some international banks especially those with long standing in global integration setting; to analyze, assess and find solutions for developing the bank card business activities at Vietnam Trade Bank within the international and Vietnamese bank card legal regulations.
• To make some propositions to the Vietnamese government, the National Bank and the Trade Bank to improve bank card business effectiveness. |
